Our vision is that partnerships drive service excellence in our industry to make tourism work for everybody by affording the many small people who do many small things in many small places to collectively create a better tourism destination and a better life for themselves, their fellow community members and other citizens touched by their inspiration. Which is why we are embarking on a country wide and grass roots local community road show and seminar program to say to people what they can do to make tourism work and how tourism can then create community wealth and jobs if the domestic industry is structured to research, collect, capture, verify, monitor and maintain data and information on the tourism offerings of the destination and region that can be collectively managed, marketed and promoted in one fully integrated tourism hub designed to meet first and second economy industry supply and demand with a view of drawing through the year visitors, tourists and travellers to the destination. We aim to inspire more people to take more trips , make more visits and explore more places with a view of growing our industry to the number one position on the national agenda. We also aim to inspire communities to receive tourists and visitors to their destination in a more disciplined, friendly, caring, safe and service minded environment which will allow us to bring more tourists and visitors to that destination to create wealth and jobs with their huge spend on tourism products and services. We believe the key to success is to stop talking and to make things happen!
To make things happen we have created and integrated applications, projects and programs as key elements of our Hub that will afford Corporate South Africa, tourism authorities and local tourism associations, community structures, entrepreneurs and stakeholders across the hospitality value chain to join us in our vision to create a better tourism destination and a better South Africa for all to experience and enjoy.

A MERGED FORMAL AND INFORMAL INDUSTRY SECTOR MID-OFFICE PLATFORM Converging and merging the informal and formal sectors of the tourism and travel industry into an open source digitalized technology platform provides the opportunity to access tourism and travel content that is live and instantly tradeable from multiple sources, irrespective of whether that content relates to accommodation, air travel, car hire, tour operators or any other tourism product or service.

The main vision of the EXPAND YOUR JOURNEY tourism awareness campaign is to increase the annual number of domestic holiday and leisure trips from the current 30million to 54 million by 2026. A secondary vision is to promote en- route visits and stays as part of the trip leisure break and holiday.
